I am one of the founding members of NAMNAM Space; a queer, anarchist event space in Koenji, Tokyo.

We host regular events and exhibitions, as well as supporting mutual aid causes.

Three events that we are particularly proud of are:

• Big Trans Weekend - a weekend long exhibition featuring over 30 trans, non-binary and queer creatives work.

• Feed The Soul - a beautiful music and food evening for Black History month, focusing on Black and queer creatives

• Grows The Olive Tree - an exhibition and mutual aid fundraising event for refugees in Palestine.

The space is not-for-profit and entirely volunteer run. We fund our operations entirely through events and allow members of our community to use the space for free.
